GOST Hotel Management Company and Sacher Group (Austria) signed an agreement of cooperation in Europe
August 2008, Moscow — Russian managing company GOST Hotel Management, which has only luxury hotels under its supervision, announces its official cooperation with Austrian managing company Sacher Group led by famous European hotelier Elizabeth Gurtler.
The purpose of the cooperation is to introduce and promote the best European standards of supervision of real estate property into all the objects that are under company's management.
The beginning of the cooperation will be joint work on the Aurelio Hotel project (Lech, Austria). The Aurelio, Lech will open in December 2008 and aims to achieve 5 star status as a sophisticated mountain retreat with an uncompromising commitment to quality. The Aurelio is a small, independently owned and operated luxury ski Lodge that is nestled on the pristine slopes at the centre of the Arlberg ski area, but with a few minutes' walk to the heart of the historic but chic village of Lech, one of the most exclusive ski resorts in Austria.
Having recently undergone a complete renovation and redesign, Aurelio now provides all the comfort and sophistication of a world class hotel recreated into just 19 individually designed by one of the world's leading interior design companies, Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi (MHZ) luxury bedrooms and suites.
In room facilities include luxury linens and cosmetic products, bath-robes, hairdryers, mini bar, Internet access via cable and wi-fi, i-Pod docking station, surround-sound stereo, multimedia entertainment system with a film library offering up to 750 different films, changed every month.
Just 19 rooms, but 2 Spas that include the deepest swimming pool in Lech, a bio sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, Jacuzzi, Techno-Gym equipment, treatment room and hair dressing salon.
Guests will also be able to consult the resident Ski Butlers, to personalise their ski selection from a private ski showroom. The Aurelio Hotel is being designed.
The intimate a la carte restaurants and bars offer fine dining with traditional and modern Austrian as well as international dishes with a touch of French haut cuisine. The «carefully selected» wine list includes rare and vintage wines complimented by a range of aged Brandies and Armagnacs, some over 100 years old. Seating up to 50 guests, we are open to residents & non-residents.
Within the signed contract GOST Hotel Management and Sacher Group will jointly manage the Aurelio.
Elizabeth Gurtler — the owner and managing director of chain of Sacher hotels, acknowledged expert in hotel management, famous Austrian businesswoman, one of the supervising organizers of Vienna Opera Ball. The Gurtlers carefully keep the secret of traditional Saher cake, creation of which has its legend. Elisabeth Gurltler is a member of board of Spanish horse-riding school. She actively takes part in political and secular life of Europe.
